I’m looking for a knitting bag…well…I have quite a few ‘tote’ bag & they can be used as a knitting bag (which is wat I’m currently doing)…but I came across some bags specially made for knitters…& I tot to myself…should I get one of them? House belonged to an old lady & her daughter…it was quite old but the deal was quite good…the owner backed out last minute…didn’t want to sell…

A housing agent wanted to sell her own house…simple renovation…but asked for high price…

Flat @ next block…16^th floor…husband liked it…I dun…due to the flooring…

14^th floor unit…the place was in a mess…& very dusty…we were willing to negotiate…but last minute owner don’t want to sell…

A unit above my current place…we offered a price…but they asked for a higher price…

House @ 20^th floor…owner claimed the place was well done-up…but actually it was quite old & dusty…we were 2 minutes late…someone offered before us…

“The One”…very nicely renovated…! We love it…& bought it…hahaa…finally…!

13 crazy things tat happened since last sat (28/02/09)

Bb darling started coughing

Then got slight fever

Fever went up & up

Husband e-mail something & accidently offended our friend (Mr & Mrs H)

We apologised…another friend (Mr J) stood up for us (cos it was not really husband’s fault) & the kind soul got ‘scolded’ by our friend (Mrs H)

Bb super sticky to me

Bb wake up crying every nite (not feeling well)

Finally (after 1 year) saw a flat tat we like

Wanted to pay deposit for it

Flat taken up by someone else

I said something tat pissed my mum

Bb got well (Tues) coughing stopped & fever gone…but started coughing again (Wed)

Bb darling vomited when I was typing tis…!!

Haven’t been Thursday-13-ing for quite a long long time…since it’s a new year…i’ll start my T-13 for the year with…‘Things I hope to do by tis year’…something like a resolution but not so serious like a resolution…here goes…

To be a better wife – Not tat I’m a terrible one now…haha…just want to improve on certain aspect…

To be a better mum – I’m still learning…

To be a better daughter – Realised tat I’m getting more impatient with my parents…sometimes talking back when I shouldn’t be…have to work on tat…

Read @ least 4 books of the books tat are sitting on my shelf waiting to be read… (actually last count I’ve 6 unread books)

To be a better friend – Sometimes I get to caught up with my life…I sort of forget abt my friends…hope to build a stronger relationship with 2 of my girlfriends…

Hope to be able to get a job tat allows me to work 3 days a wk…

Hope to get a flat of our own – Ya…have been saying tat for the longest time…the property prices have been going up…up…& up for the whole of last year…but now it seem to have come down a bit…keeping my fingers crossed…

Exercise regularly – I’ve been exercising @ least twice a mth in 2008…would like to maintain it…better still…would like to aim for once a wk in 2009…

Start playing the piano again…even if it’s just once a wk…

Hope to organise my wardrobe – Throw out those tat I can no longer wear…&‘re-organise’ my clothes…

Last but not least…hope to get pregnant…haha…
